30-Day Return Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.

Some items (e.g. personalised goods, intimate items) may be non-returnable unless faulty.
How to return an item:

We’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 working days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Exchanges:
Need a different size or colour? Contact us at info @armonius.co.uk, and we’ll help arrange an exchange, subject to stock availability.
Damaged or Faulty Items:
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery if your item is damaged or defective. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
